"Great quality overall, just a small box issue"
The components look really nice, and the app-related stuff feels solid and well made. My only small complaint is that the box insert is a bit tight if you’re using sleeved cards, which is kind of annoying. Still, I’m really happy with the overall quality, and it made me excited to use everything more

"Had some good bits, but it didn’t really grab me"
I wanted to like the theme more, and there were a few parts that looked decent, but overall it just felt a little flat to me. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of boring and didn’t really pull me in the way I hoped it would.

"I checked out luckyduckgames.com hoping there’d be..."
I checked out luckyduckgames.com hoping there’d be a bigger mix of games and options, but the selection felt limited to me. A lot of it had a similar feel, and I didn’t really come across anything that made me think, yeah, I need to order this.
I’m sure some customers who already know and like their type of games might be happy with it, but for people just browsing or trying to find something new, it may feel a bit underwhelming. I ended up leaving the site without buying anything.

"Good Kickstarter delivery, just a little slow"
I backed one of their Kickstarter games, and it eventually showed up in good shape. The updates were mostly easy enough to follow, and the box was packed well with everything in there, so that part was all fine.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the timing slipped a bit, and the tracking was kind of confusing at first with this and that. Still, support got back to me when I asked about it, and I’d probably back them again.

"Quick and hassle-free replacement"
I was missing a part, and they got it sorted out really quickly with no drama. i appreciated how easy they made the whole thing.

"I don’t have the patience to..."
I don’t have the patience to sit around waiting for pages to load, and this site tested me. Everything felt slow, and when I finally got to checkout, it kept acting weird. I just wanted to buy what I needed and move on.

"Great games, but the shipping gave me pause"
I ordered a couple of games from Lucky Duck and they showed up in perfect shape, no dents, no drama, nothing to complain about there. The only reason I’m landing on 4 stars is because the shipping cost felt a little steep for what I was buying. It wasn’t outrageous, but it definitely had me staring at the checkout screen like I was making a life decision. Overall, I’m still happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again if the shipping feels a bit more reasonable next time.

"The prices seemed fair for what I..."
The prices seemed fair for what I got, and the quality was better than I expected. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it got here without any weird drama, which these days almost feels suspiciously rare. Not the absolute cheapest place out there, but sometimes I wonder if the super cheap ones are cutting corners somewhere they don’t want us noticing. I’d probably order from them again.

"Received the wrong game"
I ordered one game but ended up getting a different one, which was frustrating. I’m a little cautious about ordering again since I don’t want to risk dealing with another mix-up, but hopefully this was just a one-time mistake.

"artwork feels a little cluttered"
some of the games look cool at first, but once i started playing, the artwork and layout felt a bit too busy for me. the icons and text can be hard to read, and i expected a cleaner design

"Charged but no real updates"
I’m frustrated with my order from Lucky Duck Games. I was charged, but after that it felt like I was just left waiting without any clear updates, which made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be.
I reached out hoping support could at least give me some helpful info, but it didn’t really feel like they did much. I expected better from them, and while maybe other people had a smoother time, mine was just disappointing overall.

"Box was beat up"
The game itself was fine, so I guess it worked out, but the box showed up banged up with the corners crushed. Packaging felt kind of weak to me, unless it just had a rough trip or something. Either way, I wasn’t super happy opening it like that

"Fun games, but uh, the balance can feel off"
I do enjoy a few of their games, but uh, the balance feels a little messy sometimes. If one player gets ahead early, it can be really hard for anyone else to catch up. It kind of makes replaying less fun for our group

"I was disappointed when I opened it. The..."
I was disappointed when I opened it. The whole thing just felt cheaper than I expected, like some decisions were made to save money instead of making the product feel solid. A few pieces were really thin, the cards already had rough edges, and the finish overall wasn’t great. For the price, I expected a lot better. Maybe I’m being cynical, but it kind of felt like they were hoping people wouldn’t notice until after buying. Not a great first impression, and I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Dealing with Lucky Duck Games support was..."
Dealing with Lucky Duck Games support was just... not great!!! I messaged them about my order and then basically sat there waiting for days with no clear answer at all??

When they finally did reply, it really felt like they hadn’t even read my message. It was super short, kind of copy-paste sounding, and I ended up having to ask the exact same thing again... which was annoying!!!

I don’t mind waiting a bit if someone at least keeps me updated, but this whole thing was just frustrating. The communication was really poor, and yeah... I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Fun at first, but the last play really killed it"
I picked up a Lucky Duck game thinking it would have some staying power, and the first play was fun. But after we played it again recently, it already felt like we’d seen everything it had to offer. The same choices kept popping up, and after that last round nobody in my group was excited to set it up again. For the price, I expected a lot more replay value...

"Helpful support and a quick fix"
I had an issue with a missing piece, so I emailed support and they got back to me fairly quickly. It wasn’t instant or anything, but it was quick enough. They were friendly, got it sorted without a bunch of back-and-forth, and made the whole thing painless. Always nice when customer service doesn’t turn into a whole project

"Checkout was smooth overall"
Checkout was easy for the most part. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that the shipping info took a bit to load, and I always worry I’m getting tricked or something when pages lag like that. But it did come through, and everything else went smoothly.

"Clear rules, though I’m still torn"
I gave it 4 stars because the rulebook was easy to follow overall. I did have to go back and reread one section a couple of times, but once it clicked, the game made sense. I’ll admit I’m usually loyal to another brand’s games, so I was kind of expecting to compare everything to them, but this one held its own well...

"Super easy to get started"
I was surprised how quick this was to set up. We opened the box, got the pieces out, figured out what went where, and were playing pretty much right away. No sorting through a million cards, no confusing board layout, no long rule explanation, no one getting bored before the game even started. Teardown was just as easy too — pack up the pieces, put everything back in the box, done. It’s the kind of game you can pull out on a weeknight, with friends over, before dinner, after dinner, or when you just want something simple without making a whole event out of it.
